2. Data we process and how we collect it

Lex·on processes the following categories of personal data:

Contact form

When you complete the contact form on our Website or communicate with us by email, we process the data you voluntarily provide: name, surname, email address, telephone number (if supplied) and the content of your enquiry.

Browsing data

If you accept analytical cookies, we process anonymised browsing data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4): pages visited, time spent, country of access, device type and traffic source. This data does not allow individual users to be identified. For further information, please consult our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

4. Recipients of personal data

Lex·on does not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

  • Google LLC — provider of Google Analytics 4, for statistical analysis of Website usage. Google acts as data processor under the Data Processing Agreement entered into with Lex·on. Further information is available in Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Public authorities and competent bodies, when required by applicable law.
  • Third-party technology service providers (web hosting), acting as data processors under contract.

No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area take place, except those inherent in the use of Google Analytics, which provides appropriate safeguards under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

5. Retention periods

  • Contact data and enquiries: for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the professional relationship, plus applicable limitation periods (generally 5 years from the last act).
  • Analytical browsing data: 14 months from collection (standard Google Analytics 4 setting).
  • Data for commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent.

6. Your rights

As a data subject, you may exercise the following rights with Lex·on at any time:

  • Access: to know what personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to request deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Objection: to object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: to request that the processing of your data be restricted.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise your rights, please contact info@lexon.es enclosing a copy of your identity document. We will respond within a maximum of one month.

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

Lex·on applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk in the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.

8. Changes to this policy

Lex·on reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative changes or amendments to internal practice. The current version will always be available on this page.
